Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Rysen Group Tech Wearhouse, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide quality products that meet your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with returns, exchanges, and refunds under the following terms:
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at shop@rysen.co.za or +27 71 333 5550 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.
Once your return is authorized:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We aim to process refunds within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
The refund amount will include the purchase price of the returned item, excluding any original shipping charges (unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective item). If the item is found to be damaged or incomplete upon return, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the refund.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or variation (e.g., size, color, etc.), please follow the same process for returns. Once we receive the item in acceptable condition, we will process the exchange.
Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Availability of the new item will depend on stock levels. If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose between waiting for restock, selecting a different product, or receiving a refund.
You are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with any relevant photos of the defect or error.
We will offer a replacement at no additional cost if the item is found to be defective or incorrect. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately upon receiving the package and provide photos of the damage. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
In the case of a lost shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package. If the shipment cannot be recovered, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
