We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Some regions may also have delivery restrictions for certain products, including hazardous materials or oversized items. If your location is affected, we will notify you at checkout.

We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and shipping rates for international orders will be displayed at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
For international orders, customs procedures may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide any necessary information required for customs clearance. If your order is held at customs, you may be required to provide documentation or pay additional fees to release your order.
Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number via email. Alternatively you may request to follow up on your order with your order number and an email to shop@rysen.co.za. You can use this number to track your order’s progress through the courier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
